Just unzip the file into you C: directory.
In your car menu you should find 1933 Ford Street Rod.

Default directory path: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed III\GameData\CarModel\rodd\car.viv

Car Registration Number 89_20 (Possible conflict if you are using the traffic cars hack)
