Java applications require that a runtime shared library be installed on the system - this is the common location where all the non-application-specific Java "smarts" sit. HVS Animator requires Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java MSVM 2.0. If you already have MSVM 2.0, you don't need to download it.
In response to numerous complaints regarding the confusing information on Microsoft's download pages, we are now providing the correct file on our own site. The following version of MSVM 2.0 was current as of 1/9/97. This download does NOT require that you use any version of Internet Explorer. We apologize for the size (4.6 mb), but it is the only option for redistributable components easily available from Microsoft. You might want to check the Microsoft pages for updates periodically.
