Limited License to Try the Software
-----------------------------------

The Author grants a permission to try this software for a period
of fifteen(15) days starting from the date of the first use of the
software. 

You should act to get a "Registered License" at least (3) days
before the end of this period, because the software will refuse
to execute properly after this period of fifteen days. 

By using this software, you, the User, agree to respect the
following conditions.  (If you refuse to comply to these
conditions you should destroy all copies of the software that you
have made in order to use it). 

The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt
to reverse-engineer this software. 

The Author hereby authorizes the User to copy this software onto
a computer to use it and to make backup copies of it for the only
purpose of protecting the User from accidental loss.

The User agrees that the software will stop working in its usual
way after fifteen (15) days of its first use (unless the
registration name and serial number are entered into the software
through the registration menu). 


Registered License to Use the Software

By applying to register this software with the Author, you, the
User, agree to respect the following conditions.  (If you refuse
to comply to these conditions you should NOT apply to register
the software and you should destroy all copies of the software
that you have made in order to use it). 

The user should purchase a valid registration key to use this
software after the evaluation period.

The User should enter these "registration name" and "serial
number" into the software through the registration screen. 

The User will consider the "registration name" and "serial
number" that he has received as private information. 

The User should keep this information in a secure location.  The
User can make copies of this information but he will NOT give it
to any other person who is also using the software. 

The User understands that he must NOT make public the
"registration name" and "serial number" that he receives from the
Author.  The User should keep in mind that if he disclosed this
information to the public he would potentially help to deprive
the Author from his rightful income. 

The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt
to reverse-engineer this software. 

The Author hereby authorizes the User to copy this software onto
a computer to use it and to make backup copies of it for the only
purpose of protecting the User from accidental loss.

Though the User may install this software on two (2) computers
for convenience, the User must ensure that only one (1) copy of
the software is being used at any moment in time. 



Permission to Distribute the Complete Installation Files
--------------------------------------------------------

As understood in the concept of "shareware", the Author grants a
limited permission to distribute and copy the original unaltered
installation files of the software in the following way. 

The User is granted permission to copy and distribute the
original bundled installation files of the software under the
following conditions. 

The User will not copy nor distribute the software after removing
or modifying any parts of the software.  The User will take good
care to only copy or distribute the original unaltered
installation files of the software. 

The User cannot copy or distribute the software to make a profit
except for a reasonable medium duplication cost.  No one is
authorized to resell the software without expressed written
authorization of the Author. 

If any person or organization distributes this software on any 
medium with a packaging naming this software then the copyright 
notice must be reproduced completely and clearly outside of the
package.



Warranty

This software is provided to you "as is".  Peter J Koch makes no
representation nor warranty that this software is fit for any 
specific purpose.  By using this software you agree to assume any 
risks and consequential damages that might arise from the use of 
this software. 

Peter J Koch cannot and does not make any warranty that this software
is compatible with your equipment or with its operating system.
