  has many symbols and many news stories loaded.  Speeded up Newsview
  population and forced update only when active view.

- Fixed SecApl mutual fund retrieval problem

- Fixed problem that caused Stop All updates to hang for a very long time
  when many symbols were being updated.

- Fixed time/date retrieval for Security APL server.

- You can now change the toolbar to a version with smaller buttons by
  setting your preferences in the Alerts/Time/More page

- Changed view->Toolbar menu item to be grayed when hicolor toolbar enabled.
