DrawWorks 2 & DrawWorks Designer

Both DrawWorks 2 and DrawWorks Designer are bolt-on applications that attach themselves to Draw. Both applications make Draw much easier to use. Instead of navigating Draws menu tree in order to open the fill colour dialogue box simply click on a button. Not only does DrawWorks make existing Draw features easy to use but it also adds lots of new features to Draw. All the new features operate in the Draw window so although you are using two applications, Draw and DrawWorks, it feels like one program.

    The latest version in the best selling DrawWorks series. Includes a completely redesigned user interface with on-line help. Buttons are now split into separate toolbars grouped by function. New features include fitting objects to moulds, named colours, wrapping text or objects around a curve, user definable named text styles, full time on-line help. DrawWorks Designer also has three users levels, from Student up to Designer. Objects can be exported as anti-aliased sprites and as JPEG and GIFF files. DrawWorks designer comes with a 60+ page fully illustrated on-line manual. DrawWorks Designer requires Risc OS 3.1, 2Mb of RAM and a hard disk.   • Make Oblique or Extended & Condensed text automatically, even when that particular font weight does not exist.
  • Make new style visually. Set up your text style on screen including rotation and colour and just click on a button to add this new style to the built in list.
  • Set the default font and its point size from a new improved preferences system.
  • Export selected objects as anti-aliased 256 colour sprites.
  • Export selections as anti-aliased GIFF files for incorporation on Web pages.
  • Interfaces with Mr Clippy using a special Mr Clippy button.
