About iSV Products

iSV is an Acorn software house dedicated to producing quality software at affordable prices. Our aim is to produce only the best products at the best prices.

RISC OS compatibility

All our products are designed to be used on Acorn computer systems running versions of the RISC OS operating system greater than 3.00. None of our products can be guaranteed to run under RISC OS 2 or 3.0 unless stated. All of our products run in the desktop environment and multi-task with other applications.
Unless stated all products will run on the StrongARM processor.

Carriage charges & Delivery

Carriage is charged on a per order basis.

£1.50 per order to UK and BFPO addresses. £3.50 per order for outside UK.

    FREE upgrades

    iSV offers all customers free minor version upgrades to all software purchased from us for one year from the date of purchase. In order to have any iSV software upgraded to the latest version all you have to do is return the original master disk along with a stamped self addressed envelope. We will return the upgraded disk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee to return any disks that do not come with suitable return packaging, a label and a stamp.

    Technical Support

    At iSV we offer all customers unlimited FREE technical support either by phone or by post. All of our software is produced in-house and hence we can solve 95% of technical problems over the phone. Please note that technical support is only available during our normal office hours.

    Site Licences

    All iSV products are supplied with a single user site licence that allows you to use the software on one machine only. If you want to use software on more than one machine you will need a site licence. Using software on more that one machine without the correct licence is illegal. Site licences allow you to use the software on more than 1 machine at the same site.

    Educational Site Licences

    Site licences for Educational establishments including schools, are charged at the same price as the product. For example if a product costs £20.00 then a site licence that will allow you to run this Product on all machines at one site will cost an extra £20.00, making the total up to £40.00.
    An Educational Site Licence DOES NOT allow you to take software home for use on your own computer.

    Business Site Licences

    Site licences for businesses are charged at the same price as the product. For example if a product costs £20.00 then a site licence that will allow you to run this Product on all machines at one site will cost an extra £20.00, making the total up to £40.00. When sending an official order please state if the products you are purchasing are single user or site licence versions. iSV Products reserves the right to refuse to supply single user copies of software to some establishments. Please note that if a site licence is required it should be included in the order.

    Buying a Site Licence later

    If you do purchase a product and then decide that you need a site licence afterwards then please contact us with your customer number.

    Software authors

    We are always looking for new authors to join iSV. As an author you will get a high commission on each copy of your software sold. If you have any software that you would like us to consider then please send us a disk along with your name address and phone number and we will then be delighted to discuss the matter with you.
