Sound setup

Matthew Bullock offered the following advice on getting sound to work under Command and Conquer Red Alert in January 1997.

You need PC Sound Pro 0.96 (the latest version) and a lot of free space on your harddisc (around 70MB free when you run it).

PC Sound Pro sould be set to the HMI preset and Red Alert should be set to:
SND Blaster ASP/16/AWE-32 (the bottom one)
Port number: 220
IRQ: 7
DMA: 5

If you set it all up like that it should work. It does still crash on loading occasionally. If it does just press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and run it again, it will work the second time.
