Another Short Review!

Since I accidentally reviewed this game twice (duh!), here's another brief review of it:

Gods; Krisalis Software; *****

Now this is a game and a half! Plenty of variety and the all important `loads-to-discover' factor make this one you'll keep coming back to until you've finally conquered it! The password system is unusually well structured, forcing you to replay one stage of a level avoiding the usual `once-only fluke completion' of a level that is endemic of password-based games. The game has a fairly nice introduction, too, with a particularly interesting piece of music which sings ``Gods'' to you!
This game has great graphics, making superb use of the 16-colour palette, and is actually quite `deep' for a platform game, with plenty of trigger- and lever-based problem solving. The sound is satisfying although some in-game music would have been nice.
