Acorn Arcade Website: Important Note

The program !AACADE located on the root directory of this CD, contains a complete copy of the Acorn Arcade Web site as of Thursday, 27th August 1998, plus a few extra demos.

To make this run on CDFS, a special version of LongFiles 2 (link to normal version in UTILS directory, 27k zip) has been produced which can provide long file names straight from the CD; so, when running the !AACADE program if you already have !LongFiles installed you will need to add your other filing systems back in again using the

*AddLongFS

command, or reset the machine after viewing Acorn Arcade.

Once you have run !AACADE, load the file "index/html" into a web browser and enjoy! For the latest news and reviews in Acorn gaming, check out the real thing at http://www.acornarcade.com.
