Easter is a simple program which calculates the dates for Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday for a given year.

How to Use

Run it.

Use the adjuster arrows to alter the year and the program will display the result in the display fields below it.

Either download updates from the web or email me

There is also a mailing list to which all notices of software update are posted. Usually a very low volume mailing list you should note. One can join this list by mailing ictsw-request@mentor.don.tased.edu.au with the word "SUBSCRIBE" in the body of the message.

Credits and Thanks

Well, hrm. Thanks go to Kade Hansson, for his rival program (!Easter) which is actally far superior but does not have a nice wimp interface [guaranteed to work on a beeb though, I think. It does not look as if it would not]. He wrote the easter library file, modified by myself.

I could also thank Acorn for making RISC OS such a wonderful operating system.

I will definitely thank Dominic Symes for Zap, the fastest, the most polyglottal, the nicest, the most configurable, program, text, memory, whatever, you name it Zap can edit it, editor type program.
