GIF2SPR

Many thanks to Simon for his permission to distribute gif2spr with ArcWeb. I have included only executable for gif2spr, inside the !ArcWeb directory. Although ArcWeb is supplied with the latest version of gif2spr, currently version 6, you may upgrade it separately from upgrading ArcWeb. This may happen if the current release of ArcWeb has been around since before the last update to gif2spr. The latest version is usually available from Demon Internet's FTP server.
