The BJC-70 printer
The BJC-70 is the latest portable colour and black and white inkjet
released by Canon. Like the BJC-4100 it is aimed at users who make great use
of mono printing but also have a colour requirement which does not justify a
separate colour printer.
The features of the BJC-70 are the same as those listed for the BJC-4100, but it is intended for users for whom
portability is a priority - it is smaller, lighter and runs somewhat slower.
The BJC-70 is supplied with an optimised version of the high speed
TurboDriver printer drivers.
Features
- 720dpi printing in monochrome using smoothing and a special black
cartridge.
- 360dpi printing in colour.
- High-speed mono printing.
- A four-colour ink tank and a separate high-speed black cartridge to achieve the best results in both monochrome and colour.
- Flexible paper handling - A4, A5, Letter, Legal, DL envelopes and OHPs.
- An integral paper tray which can hold up to 100 sheets of A4 or 10
envelopes.
- Can be connected to a PC (Canon's PC drivers are also included).
- The TurboDriver software supports advanced grey-component
replacement, which means it avoids over saturation and produces more accurate
colour work.
- Very compact design, measuring just 300 x 158 x 57mm and weighing 1.4kg -
small enough for a briefcase.
- Fully water-resistant inks.
- One year warranty.
