If you find that some programs don't install, try copying the installer to your hard disk and installing it from there. You can do this with Windows 95, Windows 3.1and Mac programs. If your CD is faulty or has arrived in several pieces thanks to the postman pushing it through your a-little-bit-on-the-small-side letterbox, return it to:
