To enjoy Netscape Navigator, take advantage of the Netscape Navigator Handbook installed with Personal Edition. Because the Handbook is installed on your computer (locally), you can access it even when you're not online. Try scanning the Handbook in order, then reading the parts that seem most appropriate for you.
