Cellular AMP Skin version 1.0

Well, I got the idea for this one when I was watching TV,
and I saw that LeAnn Rimes commercial with the Samsung
cellular phone.  Anyway, I thought it would be cool if
I designed a winamp skin on the concept of a cellular phone,
green backlit LCD and all.  However, I do have to say that
the background of the position bar and volume meters are 
borrowed from Digital Golana, made by the author of
Backforge AMP.  He had the right idea of how to show the bars
with only 2 clors, like a real LCD screen.

Everything works the same as regular WinAMP,
except that it looks much better now!
