Add Ports Dialog

This dialog appears every time you select Tools > Add Ports or click the button in the toolbar.  From this dialog, you can select one of the following options to add ports:

• Select the ports that you want to add from the Ports list.
  
  Note: The list of ports only includes ports available on the local PC.
   

• Specify a range of ports to add in the Range field.

• Select one or more driver options under Driver to add all ports for each selected driver.

All new ports (rows) are added to the end of the list.

The options for this dialog are described below:

• Ports - Select one or more ports from the Ports list.

• Range - Enter a range of ports in the Range field (for example, 3-15,21,45,51-56,74).

• Driver - Select this option when you want to add all ports from a selected list of drivers. You can select one or more of the following driver options:

• RPSHSI / NSLINK - Adds all available NS-Link/RocketPort Serial Hubs Si ports on the local PC for monitoring.

• ROCKETPORT« - Adds all available RocketPort ports on the local PC for monitoring.

• VSLINK - Adds all available ports related to VSLINK driver on the local PC for monitoring.

• OK - Saves the changes and exits the dialog.

• Cancel - Discards the changes and exits the dialog.
