Highlights of Amiga Active CD 18
Here are a few highlights of this Amiga Active CD. This is only to get you
started, the whole CD is packed with useful and entertaining material. These
highlights contain a few pointers, but half the fun is in exploring the CD yourself.
- Boing Bag 2
- It's been a long tie coming, over a year, but Boing Bag 2 is finally here.
It was released the day after AACD17 was mastered, which turned out to be a good thing.
There were a couple of problems with the first release of Boing Bag 2, so what we have
here is Boing Bag 2a, with those problems fixed.
- Exclusive Payback demo
- Here's something esle that we seem to have been waiting some time for.
We have a fully playable demo of Payback for you.
- Serve the nweb
- Set up your own web server. Here are all the file you need to install the industry
standard Apache web server (other wise known as "A Patchy Web Server" - yes really)
on your Amiga. Read the tutorial, install the files and away you go.
- Resources
- This drawer is on every AACD and contains a range of essential programs.
If you get stuck, or you need to start again after a hard drive problem, this is the place to look.
