Search this CD
The Search program will search any Amiga Active CD, as well as all the Aminet CDs and the Aminet online index. The index files are all on this CD. You don't need to be online to use them, or have the Aminet CDs in your drive. You can configre SearchCDs to keep its index files on your hard drive. This means you don't need the latest AACD in your drive to search, and it speeds up the searches considerably. This is set from the Search section of AACDprefs. To find a file on the current CD, use the Quick Search box below.
The search results are displayed in this window, ready for you to click on whichever files you need.
The result of clicking on a file depends on the type of search. Files found on Amiga Active CDs will open the relevant drawer on the CD. Files on Aminet CDs (or sets) will be unarchived to RAM:, while files found in the Online index will have a download link.
