Subject:Genesis SDK

Does anyone know where I can find the SDK for Genesis? I need a neat way
of determining whether Genesis/AmiTCP is online, and I'm presuming there's
a function in genesis.library to check this, just like there is in
miami.library. Trouble is, I can't seem to find the includes and autodocs
anywhere :(
