I agree.
I've found Alan and Eyetech extremely helpful and professional.
I recently ordered an X-surf card for my A4000 late one Friday afternoon.
It was delivered early the next day, with their rather excellent Samba
installer. Made setting up the network extremely simple and painless.

I think it's easier to shout about a bad experience with a dealer,
but not many people will give the same effort to shout about a
good one.
