Hopefully they'll make it perfectly clear what they define as
commercial, above and beyond the concept of selling software for money.
I know that sounds fairly contradictory, but this could put an end to
small scale bed-room programmers. I guess the best way to handle this
would be to state that a licence fee is only payable if profits from the
sale of the software pass a certain threshold.
