Well, to be honest, I don't know what people expect. When I go to
320x240 fullscreen, I get a timerefresh rating of 72 FPS in the
tutorial level on a 604e/233. A 603e/200+ should still get around 15
FPS, if it is considerably less, then Warp3D or CyberGraphX or
something else is simply configured incorrectly.

About the Permedia2, it is by all means slow. If I resize
beforementioned screen in the tutorial level to stamp size, it gets
102 fps, which means that even a small screen with only a few pixels
is enough to make it choke. I am sorry, but beforehand I didn't even
expect it is so slow. Of course, the overdraw requires a high
fillrate, but even Voodoo I is capable of sustaining a higher frame
rate... 640x480 is too slow for the P2.
