I just had a look at the Problems file, which is included with the Warp3D
archive:
CyberGfx V3 :
cgxsystem.library 41.21beta1
CVisionPPC 2.7 beta 3
So your library is too old, and probably your monitor driver, too. Get
these versions, and you should be able to run Warp3D.
