The screen isnt actually completely blank - in the bottom left there some
stats text. The screen is black apart from some red bands of colour.

a question, when you say it needs a 15 bit mode, it opens a window for me to
select one of the 15bit modes, thats okay isnt it? my wb is in 16 bit at
the moment.
