Well you will also need in BVisionPPC driver all these settings
in IconInfo:
BITMAPCACHE=YES
BOOTLOGO=YES
PACKED24=NO
PASSTHROUGH=YES
SCROLLMASK=YES
VLAYER=DESTRUCTIVE
