On the contrary, a 68040 or 68060 is more than capable of
saturating the bandwidth of a thirty-two bit PCI bus. A
sixty-four bit bus would take more hardware, but a 66 MHz
060 could still saturate it as well. 4x AGP would be a
different story, but an 040/060 and PCI are a real good
match.
