Personally I also had quite a fun time supporting true colour earlier, because
Phase5/VGR wouldn't supply me with the includes before I signed up as a
registered developer, despite the fact that I had no gfx card...
Anyone facing similar problems can just write me for a copy, as those I have
mentions nothing about copyright, nor did I sign anything when I got them...
