Nope, it just doesn't refresh.
For example, I can resize the window, use the cursor keys to move around
and it still draws the display as if it were the previous window size
(like, drawing over window borders, etc.).
Why do I keep hearing people having StormC 4 when not even my publishers
(Blittersoft) don't know anything about it? :)
