I haven't had any enforcer hits with StormEd, but it does throw PatchWork hits
when you scroll, calling RectFill with "max < min" -- it also uses
SmartRefresh which may make window cycle operations really slow on gfx cards,
if you run out of gfx memory... but that's all I've found, and that shouldn't
make typing etc. slow.
