Hello!
Okay, Im new to this list but not new to blitz programming, I am however
having a bit of trouble with NCS1.90.
Background: I am working on developing a StartBar type program thingy. I
have completed an Acidlibs version (huge filesize, few features missing)
and would now like to convert it to NCS.
Most of the procedures are working but I am having a few problems...
1) IDCMP mouse movements are notified automatically with Acidlibs, but with
NCS, even though I have #IDCMP_MOUSEMOVE and #IDCMP_REPORTMOUSE and
#IDCMP_INTUITICKS set. I only get the and mousemove event once. I have
tried messing with SetMouseQueue_ but this has only a limited effect. How
do you get infinite mouse mouvements reported? Any Ideas?
2) I would like to implement a real-time clock on the StartBar but my
programs mainloop is based on NWaitWindowEvent, how would I get an 1-second
interreupt to update clock without making the program really CPU-hungry?
