| Subject: | Overheat in 24bit? |
Hello everybody,
I�m new on this list, so pleeease anser my questions, although they may have
been discussed ages ago...
- Is the Permedia2 responsible for all GFX, or just 3d-Applications?
- Does the Premedia2 overheat faster in 24bit-Modi than in 8bit-Modi?
- Can such an overheat cause a frozen System (no crash, no Error-Requester,
just frozen)?
I ask this, because AWEB, which came with OS3.5, freezes regularly. It runs
an 800x600-24bit-screen. I never noticed any probs with 8bit-Screens, so I
guess, my BVision only gets too hot in truecolor...
