No, that's not how MountENV (HappyENV) works. It creates an ENV: *device*
in RAM:, not a redirection to ENVARC:. Doing that is fraught with problems,
not least of which is that SAVE & USE become the same thing.

You mean the v44 picture datatype, from WB3.5? Try re-installing the old
v43 picture.datatype from CGX. Sped things up considerably, here.

Also, you say you want to use the PUP ak* plug-ins. To do so, you need to
configure the ak* Prefs correctly. The docs detail the necessary
information.
