Set the _filesystem_ blocksize to 1024 in the partitioning section,
not in the drive description - "Install Drive" - section, leave
that at 512.
The 1024 blocksize is not a sector size setting but is to be
a filesystem blocksize setting. So the drive remains with a
block/sector size of 512 bytes but the filesystem gets a 1024
byte blocksize. The two, although of similar terminology, are
separate entities.
