Your amiga has a (couple of) rom(s) that have the basic system on
them. There are some bugs in them and up until 3.5, setpatch was the
official bug fix program (it lives in sys:c/ and is run from
s:startup-sequence) - it puts some alternative code in some plpaces
to fix/get around these bugs. 3.5 does some different stuff - it replaces
some libraries on the rom totally, and for these to work fully it needs to
reboot the system after replacing them. So, it is normal behaviour for
your system to reboot.
