Not if you've lost data and or wasted weeks of time because of it.

You're entitled to your opinion.
Just FYI I think that an OS should be stable during normal operation.
If it isn't and theres a remedy, I think said remedy should be available.
If there isn't a remedy, one should be made in under 3 months time.
This all seems reasonable to me, and yet none of it has happened.
I don't expect things to be perfect every time around, I just expect some sort
of progress on the critical points.
