As explained...there is a pathc in the Phase5 boot rom which redirects (via
CPU blitting) the Amiga 2 bitplane output onto the BVision screen. This
patch gets removed when the RTG software initializes. If you put anything
that patches gfx lib vectors etc. inbetween the start of startup-sequence
and the BVision Monitor file in DEVS:Monitors initializing (for example
saferpatches or mcp's patchcontrol) then the 're-target' patch never gets
removed.
