The maximum limit is now so huge you will not be needing it
in your lifetime...

Work it out....
32 bits allows 4 gig... (the old system until now)
33 bits allows 8 gig
34 bits allows 16 gigs
35 bits allows 32 gigs
36 bits allows 64 gigs
37 bits allows 128 gigs
[.....]
Now do this up to 64 bits...................

Each additional bit of resolution doubles the previous
possible number range.

Of course, there may be other unforseen limiting things
to contend with before we get the use of all 64 bits,
but I can assure you that you won't get to use them all...
