Subject:OS3.5 - Info is bad, are these stable ?

Hello,

my name is Andreas and I am new to this list.

I was not too hot for OS3.5 until now. But I evaluate the idea of doing an
upgrade. My system is quite stable (at least for me), so I am a bit afraid
in upgrading and having to deal with a lot of problems after.

*The official info one can get on OS3.5 is very very bad !!!*

Both infos on amiga.com and haage-partner.com are so poor, that, reading
them, I decided not to upgrade, since I have most functionality by using
Dopus5 and NetConnect2 (TCP/IP).

Now I see more and more stuff about OS having ARexx port and such.
Does OS3.5 seriously improve stability ?

I have an A4000 CyberStormMKI/060,CybSCSI,CVision64 (CGFXv2, will maybe
upgrade to V4) running with full OS3.1 (incl. 3.1 ROMs)

I use Dopus Magellan as WB replacement. I use tons of patches like MCP,
MagicMenu, Oxxypatcher, MultiCX and many others.

Now what I would like to ask you kindly:
1. forgive me the long lists !
2. please tell me your experiences you have with the listed
tools/patches,configs
3. one of my most important isuues: Does XFH still work ?
What is with progs like xloadseg and xpkcybprefs ?
XPK is very important for me.
4. is there a *complete* list of the new features of OS3.5 ?

Thank you. Here the lists. Please comment on those you could verify as
working. You could answer off-list, to keep traffic small, though a lot of
newbies might have similare questions.

Again, sorry for this long list. I know, the mlist here is quite crowded.
But I'm very serious in obtaining this information, as I am very unsure...
