I am having a problem changing screen mode prefs.
I am also using WBStartup+
I did not have this problem with WB3.1, it has started since installing
OS3.5.
Can anyone help???

Your problem is WBStartup+ OS3.5, Intuition thinks there is still a
window left open therefore it cannot or willnot change prefs. This is
a known bug. Also if you use "boot no startup" you will get a
requester telling you that you are using OS 3.5 and to get OS 3.1
If you use the OS 3.1 version this will not happen, but the only
problem with this version is that it will not show the brushes very
well on startup, otherwise it works ok with OS 3.5
