I have the same spec card as you and Quake runs ok here :)

I usually get all my stuff from Eyetech and Weird Science as I have
had some bad experiences in the past

Quake is brilliant on the PPC (Slow as hell on the 040), Frogger PPC
is getting better all the time at playing MPEGs (VCD's are still crap
though), AmigaAMP looks and play MP3's brilliant as does mpega.library
for everything else like Songplayer. I don't know about the latest
games because I haven't tried them yet.

FroggerPPC, AK Datatypes, the V3 Shockwave Flash plugin, Quake...

you can plugin and start using PowerUp :)

You'll need the 040 libs from DCE's website http://www.dcecom.de and
thats it if you wish to use PowerUp (I think)
