S'funny, I was wondering the same thing. I used to connect using PAYG(Pay As You Go :-)) 1p per minute 0845 ISP and then stay on line for a long time either downloading useful bits & pieces or just idly surfing.
What difference should it make if I decide to do the same thing using a free access 0800 ISP, for whose service I have paid in advance for (regardless of how much!)?
