Hi All,
For those of you who dont know I blew up my 3000, so I packed away some of my
old cards (gfx card and so on) I seemed to have managed to get some of the
stuff working (which I thought were dead in 3000 (dont ask me to explain..))
in a nicked A4000 (well 'borrowed' from a friend :)
Anyway, I`ve lost my VGA passthrough lead for my CV64. Does Anyone know where
I can get one?, and if possable do they have a parts number (eg for maplins) I
usally end up buying the wrong thing in maplins....
Oh, and does anyone have any driver disks for the A2091 scsi card?, because I
found one of these too.
While I`m on the subject, is it possable for a Rev9 buster to cause all kinds
of weird crashes?, When I first tried the A4000 I put all the cards in which
are as follows
CSMK2 (040/40)
CV64 (Not 3d)
Hydra ethernet Card
Hypercom Z3i
Other details are that I only have 3.0 roms.
With all the cards in the machine was _very_ unstable, CON: would crash, so
would workbench: ram: etc.. could a rev 9 buster cause this?
Also What kind of memory should a CSMK2 use? does it require paired simms?,
can it use EDO, etc etc.
Sorry for the long post, but after months of not having a working Amiga, I
want to make one last attempt at getting this amiga going before I have to
give it back or rip my hair out (due to using windows)
