It's RHA; they upgraded their equipment over the weekend, so there are now
far fewer engaged tones. A lot fewer, in fact.

Unfortunately, they have found that there are bugs in their new equipment,
which will be fixed over the next few days.

What usually happens is the TCP software gets to "Establishing network
connection", and the line drops.

It is possible to get on though; keep trying. I'm on it now :)
