Great, didnt know that :) PFS3 states that it works with the WB format command

No, that wasnt the case here. I did a recovery on the formatted partition, and
QBtools
mixed up old and new versions of the same file. Ive got recovered textfiles,
for example,
a file with some phonenumbers in it, and it had old numbers aswell as totally
new nubers
totally mixed up ;)

so I did :) Did you read my other posting? It works fine now!

Thats true, but PFS3 isnt enough, without idefix there is no way I could use
my full drive :/
