I had a similar problem after installing some True Type Fonts following Matt
Sealey's excellent tutorial. Voyager seemed not to believe that these fonts
existed.
Traced it to a program I run from startup sequence; "cache font" by Adam
Dawes. This doesn't update itself to cover newly installed fonts until you
execute the 'sister' command "makefontlist" which then updates the
Cachefontdata file in the fonts directory.

Maybe you run something similar.

Just a thought.
