Subject:New Issue

Hello,
I just got issue 9,so here I go..

The feature on the devbox was good,it got me thinking..
I want to program stuff for the new machines ('get a headstart on the world'),
but I'm just a lazy Blitz type.Should I wait for the Blitz/Amos-style language
that was mentioned somewhere,or should I jump in and try to learn Java or C?

I thought the 'back to back' article was excellent, too.
How about a summary of the pros and cons of each package at the end?

Also,I'd like it if there was a list of alternatives in the review score boxes.
For example,I liked the look of Metal Web,but going by the review,it's not very good
(currently) so I'd like to know if there are any other similar programs.

On a different subject,is there any chance we could have some nice pictures of Bluey
for use as backdrops? Or maybe he could feature on the website somewhere?
Bluey is great,anyway.

And finally,do you have more chance of winning the Heretic 2 competition if you
actually own Raven's first game? :)

Anyway,lovely issue.
Bye.
