Installers are best run from the icon. I used this one to upfate my
install of MiamiDx, so I know it works.

It aid "on the CD" because it was supposed to be on the CD. The CD was
wrong, not the mag.

640x480 is sufficient, although it does work in 640x256. Nothing should
be missing, you can scroll the page.
