Indeed you are correct - the bus will drop to the slowest device speed only
when accessing that device. However, due to the manner in which SCSI works,
you could accessing a SCSI-1 device at the same time as an Ultra-SCSI
device, so there would be an issue here - but fairly minor anyway.
