I know little about vbcc but I do know that chris is looking into using vbcc
for compiling some E2260 code and as part of the work has been writing a
nice ide for vbcc and looking into adding support of miniGL to vbcc. You'd
need to talk to chris though to get more info on exactly what he is doing
connected to that. :)
