This problem is inherent. It seems that 32 bit rendering with the
Permedia requires you to have 32 bit textures. Although the colors
come out correctly, the texture coordinates are different, resulting
in shifted textures. I might find a workaround if I have the time, but
currently I haven't.

Using 32 bit textures isn't an option either. Level "andhealer.bsp"
uses well over 25 megs of textures in 16 bit, and that's without the
mipmaps, so 32 bit textures would blow this up to 50 megs... We'd be
forced to raise the memory requrements to 128 megs :(

I am not seeing too much difference between 16 and 32 bit anyway,
might be that this is caused by the 16 bit textures...
